
Ingredients
- 1 Quart Chicken Stock
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken use only chicken breast for FP
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 can green beans or frozen green beans
- 1/2 carrots cooked is faster, pre steam them
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 2-3 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp. Rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
- *1/4 tsp. Turmeric
- *1/2 tsp. Ginger
Instructions
- Add Stock to soup pot
- Pull chicken breast off rotisserie chicken if you want to keep it THM FP or use whole chicken if you want an THM S.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer for 5 mins.
- Enjoy!

*You can also use fresh, use about 1/2 - 1 inch of each one for a robust flavor and more health benefits.
**Add any fruit or quinoa/brown rice noodles to make it an E or Enjoy as a side to a Sandwich in an E setting. You can also keep it in an S setting and enjoy a nice S side Salad.
