  • 1 Quart Chicken Stock
  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken use only chicken breast for FP
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 can green beans or frozen green beans
  • 1/2 carrots cooked is faster, pre steam them
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 2-3 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • *1/4 tsp. Turmeric
  • *1/2 tsp. Ginger


  • Add Stock to soup pot
  • Pull chicken breast off rotisserie chicken if you want to keep it THM FP or use whole chicken if you want an THM S.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Simmer for 5 mins.
  • Enjoy!


*You can also use fresh, use about 1/2 - 1 inch of each one for a robust flavor and more health benefits.
**Add any fruit or quinoa/brown rice noodles to make it an E or Enjoy as a side to a Sandwich in an E setting. You can also keep it in an S setting and enjoy a nice S side Salad.
