  • Take 1/4 cup of the almond milk and add 1 tbsp of gelatin, mix fully.
  • Heat 1/4 cup of the almond milk, I used the microwave and heated it for 30-45 seconds
  • Mix the heated almond milk with the almond milk and gelatin until smooth.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to blender along with gelatin mix.
  • Blend and pour into 4 class jars or your favorite serving cups or ramekins.
  • Chill in fridge for 1 hour.
  • Enjoy!
