Double Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Iced Coffee

  • 1 ½ cups water*
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Ryze mushroom coffee** (or your favorite mushroom coffee powder)
  • 2 tablespoons Trim Healthy Mama peanut butter powder
  • 2 tablespoons Optimized Plant Protein
  • 1-2 teaspoons Super Sweet Blend
  • 1 tablespoon Vital Protein's chocolate collagen
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (I used vanilla)
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve over ice in a quart-size mason jar.

*Sub 1 cup coffee for part of the water if not using mushroom powdered coffee.
