  • 1 cup frozen mangoes
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons Super Sweet Trim Healthy Mama
  • ¼ to ¾ cup almond milk start with less for a thicker ice cream consistency
  • 1 drizzle honey optional, for serving


  • In a blender, combine frozen mangoes, Greek yogurt, Super Sweet, and almond milk.
  • Blend until smooth, using a blender stir stick if needed to help combine.
  • Adjust almond milk quantity for desired consistency (less for ice cream, more for a smoother smoothie).
  • Serve immediately. Optional, drizzle with honey if desired.
