  • 1 doonk stevia
  • 1/2 small to medium banana
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons on-plan granola (e.g., Purely Elizabeth brand)

For the drizzle

  • 2 tablespoons defatted almond powder
  • 1 teaspoon gentle sweet
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons vanilla or unsweetened almond milk
  1. In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, chopped kale, super sweetener, stevia, and half a banana.
  2. Blend until smooth and no chunks remain.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  4. Top the bowl with cacao nibs, flax seeds, blueberries, strawberries, and granola.
