Banana peach smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 small banana
  • 3/4 cup ice or frozen okra if you are feeling extra bold try it with okra*
  • 1 cup almond milk I like unsweetened vanilla in this one
  • 3-4 oz. water
  • 2 tbsp. creamy dreamy plant protein**
  • 1.5 tbsp. collagen
  • 1 tbsp. Supersweet
  • 1 doonk pure stevia
  • 2 pinches himilayan or sea salt

Optional:

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend together.
  • Serve in your favorite quart size mason jar.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*Note: You can also add in a cup of fresh kale or spinach if you don't have or want to use okra, it is a nice variation to shake things up.
