Pumpkin Spice Autumn Brew

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk can add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract if using regular almond milk
  • 2 tbsp canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp Supersweet
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 tsp Plant protein or whey
  • 1 cup coffee


  • Mix all ingredients except coffee together and heat on stove, in microwave or using a steamer. If using stove or microwave method, use immersion blender after heating to froth the milk.
  • Pour onto 1 cup of coffee.
  • Top with Nutmeg
  • Enjoy!



*Add additional sweetener to your liking. Coach Sarah likes it with 1 added tbsp of Gentle Sweet for a coffee shop type sweet drink.
