
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk can add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract if using regular almond milk
- 2 tbsp canned pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp Supersweet
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 tsp Plant protein or whey
- 1 cup coffee
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except coffee together and heat on stove, in microwave or using a steamer. If using stove or microwave method, use immersion blender after heating to froth the milk.
- Pour onto 1 cup of coffee.
- Top with Nutmeg
- Enjoy!

I tried this drink after the live stream. I gave it 3 stars which is a high rating for it being almond milk based. I haven’t been able to really enjoy coffee drinks with almond milk base and this is the first one that nearly got me there, where I am not feeling like I was choking it down. I highly recommend blending some nutmeg into it and I also sweetened my drink with lakanto maple syrup which helped alot. I know it would likely change the setting but could this be made with nonfat or regular half & half and still be on plan?
Hi Janae, yes you can make it with cream or half and half, it would become an S. Also, if you add mct oil, up to 2 tsp it would stay fp. You may enjoy it that way too. So many fun options to try. 🥰
