
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk I like to make this with Trader Joe’s unsweetened vanilla almond milk. You can use what you have on hand, you may want to add 1/4-1/2 tsp of vanilla.
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 banana or 1 small/medium sweet potato
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3 pinches salt
- 1 tbsp Supersweet
- 2 doonks stevia
- 4 tbsp plant protein powder or whey You are welcome to mix and match proteins. You can do 1/2 collagen and 1/2 plant protein or whey.
- 1 cup ice
- Top with nutmeg
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender.
- Blend together.
- Serve topped with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
- Enjoy!
