  • 1 cup almond milk I like to make this with Trader Joe’s unsweetened vanilla almond milk. You can use what you have on hand, you may want to add 1/4-1/2 tsp of vanilla.
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 banana or 1 small/medium sweet potato
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 1 tbsp Supersweet
  • 2 doonks stevia
  • 4 tbsp plant protein powder or whey You are welcome to mix and match proteins. You can do 1/2 collagen and 1/2 plant protein or whey.
  • 1 cup ice
  • Top with nutmeg


  • Put all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend together.
  • Serve topped with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
  • Enjoy!
