- 1 stick butter
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- ¾ cup Gentle Sweet
- 1½ cups Baking Blend
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup Gentle Sweet
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon less if you don’t want strong cinnamon taste, we like cinnamon
- Make a ball about a Tbsp size and roll into cinnamon/ sugar mix. (Optional: use a cookie scoop)
- Bake @350 for 12 minutes.
The batter was way runny. I used softened butter. No way to roll. Help?
Where is the cream of tarter? Not snickerdoodles without that!
Hi Lynn, cream of tartar is only used if baking soda is used in a recipe. But, even then, seldom as baking powder often has it included.
