  • 14.5 oz tomato sauce (cans) Make sure there is no hidden sugars, there will be natural sugars in tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic or minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 doonk Stevia *
  • 1/2-1 tsp salt *


  • Mix with 1 lb. of your choice of ground meat, then pour over zoodles, THM noodles or spaghetti squash.
  • Enjoy!


*Taste to see if you need to make any adjustments. If you like a sweeter sauce, then add a small amount more of stevia. If you like it saltier, add more salt. You can always add more of any of the spices you enjoy most.
