  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 can Tuna
  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup Goji Berries
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Basalmic Vinegar Look for a basalmic that has 2 net carbs or less per serving and no added sugars.
  • 1 tsp. MCT oil
  • Salt, Pepper, & Gentle Sweet to Taste Approximately 1/8 tsp. of each.  I don't measure I just shake it on top like I would a side dish of veggies.  I add as much Gentle Sweet as I do salt.  A little lighter on the pepper.  Start slow and season to your taste buds delight.
  • Cucumbers, peppers, etc. (optional - add your favorite veggies)


  • Chop Romaine
  • Drain off Tuna. I use a full can to get in 30 grams of protein. If you have another source of protein in your meal, you can scale this back.
  • Place Romaine on a plate or in a bowl and add remaining toppings.
  • Mix together and enjoy!
